This project concerns the Milwaukee Bay View Library at 2566 S Kinnickinnic Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Each student was tasked with designing their own 15,000 sq. ft. library. That included top-to-bottom design: the overall form and space of the building, exterior and interior materiality, lighting, and furnishings.

This project aimed to create a sleek modern building with a neutral color palette. To create a building with character and be visually appealing to draw people in. In addition to aesthetics, the purpose was to create a space where the families and people of Milwaukee could go to unwind, learn, gather, and build community.
